Vuma bad connection and service

I have no network connection, when I try chat to them on whatsapp they send me a generic message saying there is outage in my area...funny thing about this outage is the lady in the outside rooms in my yard has perfect connection and my neighbor has perfect connection, the number they have on the website is incorrect, now they just not responding on email or whatsapp....it's really frustrating to pay for internet but you still need to buy data for the family
