You should be able to give 0 stars, the service I have got is nothing short of appalling, they only know 1 word, escalation escalation escalation, *** does that mean to me. Cool ideas put in the call 28th Jan and to this day I still have no internet,I have a lot of F$%King escalations but you cant connect on those. I am appalled by this companies lack of customer service, the more you call the less you get.
