VUMA AT IT AGAIN !!!!! FLIPPING POOR SERVICE

Why has Vumareach rejected a refund claim requested by Cool Ideas ?? This after I had been without fibre for a full month in February 2021? I have since left Cool Ideas based on the poor customer service. They are now telling me that Vuma has rejected a refund ???!!!! This after Vuma and Cool Ideas admitted that there was a fault on my line!!! I want my money back as a rebate would not suffice I an NO LONGER WITH COOL IDEAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
