Vuma are USELESS!

Imagine being so useless you don't know where your own ******* fiber is? Well that's Vumatel.

I have been back and forth between Vuma and my ISP Mind The Speed since the 26th of August trying to get a fiber installation in my place.

I have sent Fica documents. I have gotten addresses from the body corporate. I have even gotten body corporate members to phone Vuma to provide the correct address AND VUMA STILL CAN'T FIGURE OUT THAT I EXISTS AND NEED FIBER.

Absolutely useless bunch of ****wits who don't know what they are doing.

If you have the choice to use someone besides VUMA then use the other option. VUMA IS USELESS. RUN! RUN FROM VUMATEL BECAUSE THEY ARE *********** *****S!
