Vuma and WebAfrica Bad service!!!!

We paid on the 1st of October 2024 and we’ve been waiting for Vuma to come change the faulty router they installed. Till this day no one has come and when we call their customer service number, we were informed that the case was closed and marked as resolved. Meanwhile we have no inter access but we paid. We have reached out to WebAfrica and we have been advised of 48 hours TAT and nobody gets back to us.
