Vuma and SDTV

I have no connection for full 7 days,no proper update on when the issue will be resolved, no value for money and paying full subscription for services not rendered... No customer service.. This is just ****** business.. I want to be reimbursed for all the days I have not been able to use my services....... Even now it's still not working ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
