VUMA AND SADV TOOK MY MONEY FOR NO SERVICES PROVIDED ITS DAY 7 NO COMMUNICATION YET THEY CONFIRM MY ACCOUNT.

1 Star is overrated. Their services are ****. Their Agent told me to choose SADV when I wanted Fly Cool. She assured me they were going to be quick in installing. They took my money on the 1st of December 2021. Its the 7th/12/2021 and still no communication from them whatsoever. The lady Noluthando Mgijima who was helping me with my application has gone MIA. She is quiet and not following up on my case. I dont have my own logins this lady did not give them to me. My account is registered but I cannot log in as she has my password. I am being assisted by the lady from the sales department by the name Ottallia Makoae who is following up for me but still no communication from the ISP (SADV) about what is going on. Mind you I am communicating with this lady via WhatsApp. I called SADV on several accounts, I was told that my matter has been escalated but this is a lie as no one has contacted me. The lady Desiree Tsotsoane from SADV who told me my case was escalated said they were going to contact me in 48 hours and that was on the 3rd of December 2021. Till today I am waiting. I feel ****med and like I paid for nothing. I am trying to call SADV on *** and I have been kept on waiting calls for the past few days, You will wait on a call until your airtime finishes. No email to complain about their ****ty service. Angry is an understatement, I am furious because they took my money for nothing.
