Vuma and sadv

Someone at vuma needs to explain to me how things are done. You guys said you'll update the system that my renovations have been completed but the agents at sadv don't have that information they keep saying that their systems don't show that I've completed my renovations. Again nonny from sadv said a technician will be sent to my house on Monday (today) nobody showed up. And when I try follow up on the ticket that I have I'm told by another agent that that ticket was closed after our telephone conversation. Also how am I going to get compensated for the WiFi that I paid for but only used for a week until this happened
