VUMA AND MWEB

Extremely unhappy with the level of customer service I received. My Wifi was cancelled by either MWEB or VUMA. Neither company can tell me who cancelled my service. After numerous phone calls, both blame the other. Vuma customer service agent just dropped the phone on me. My issue not even close to resolved. Absolutely poor service. Will not recommend. Canceling both tomorrow morning first thing.
