Vuma and Fly cool are the worst service providers

Vuma is the worst ,very unprofessional and the don't sense of direction,I was supposed to make payment and received an SMS from easy pay to say I must make payment,I did that but I realised that I made a typo on the last digits of my reference,no one was able to assist me to fix the error ,I requested for a refund so that I can use the right reference but the refused to help ...I signed my contract with Vuma now they telling me they not the service provider I don't know how .So I've been trying to get help since Sunday it seems like no one knows what's happening,so apparently Fly cool is my service provider but cannot help me with anything,fly cool is a scan because they don't have a number that I can call ,they only have a whatsApp number of which is automated ,I checked for their address online ,I went there and they don't have offices ..Both Vumatel and Fly cool are not professional,I just want my money back ,we work from home so it's a struggle to work with no connection and I never gotten any reference number
