Vuma and Axxess failed me

I made a payment for my vuma last week using the EasyPay method reference number which they provided, I have been calling the both Vuma and Axxess with no success. I've provided proof of payment to Axxess and Vuma. When I call Axxess they tell me to call Vuma, when I call Vuma they tell to call Axxess back and this has been happening for the past week and this is something I need for the kind of work I do
