Vuma and Afrihost - Worst service EVER

I have received the worst service from Vuma and Afrihost alike. I have been waiting for an invoice for 4 days for infrastructure repairs so that a technician can come out to repair. Afrihost keeps escalating with promises of getting back to me and no one does. Vuma is just silent. It will be even more interesting to see how much this invoice will be.
