VUMA and AFRIHOST PROVIDES BAD SERVICE

I recently moved homes and was advised by the Afrihost chat centre to click on a link to follow the steps to have my vuma fibre line moved to the new address which I did on 28/12/2024 and even made the payfast payment on the same day, and was given a ref number and was advised in the next few hours I will connected, i followed up on 29/12/2024 and was advised it takes 72 hours, i was not happy as this is just a migration to the new home as there is FIBRE INSTALLED already, I followed up again this morning and was advised by the chat agent that said "connection failed" as the router might not have been powered, which was not the case..Here I am no fibre connection and paid 2 days ago and neither VUMA or AFRIHOST is taking responsibility and I know REFUND will be like pulling teeth without anastatic.

You have been requesting feedback for days, Afrihost says they wait for feedback from you, You say you wait for feedback from Afrihost, I asked for a NATURAL person to deal with not a BOT you are giving me the same responses, As a customer I am pleading with you to give me a person with blood running through their veins to speak to (Retentions Manager) this is a person that will understand what I am going through right now, Its new years eve and Im waiting on every one, waiting on everyone, I am not happy

Its been 5 days without internet/FIBRE Afrihost is saying VUMA has still not provided them with feedback, I have paid through payfast which took seconds and but on socals begging for internet yet they have my money, to the public do not join through AFRIHOST and ensure the provider you sign up with has no affiliation with VUMA there are providers who dont use VUMA. do you research first and check reviews you will be surprised at how these private companies act similar to government.
