Vuma and Afrihost pathetic service

This company had no moral fibre or whatsoever. Its been 4 days going back and forth with Vuma/ Afrihost. I have been calling, emailing and sending whatsapp to no vail. I have been told to wait 2-4 hours, 12, hours, 24 hours and multiple suggestions by Ngcebo G that does not seem to work. Paying for a service that does not work is synonymous to theft!
