Vuma and Afrihost are the worst. Installation required.

Afrihost and Vumatel have got just about the worst service EVER!!!!! With Afrihost the website is not user friendly, plus when you call you get no help because no one seems to know what's going in with your order. They kept sending me back and forth between them and Vuma. They speak in freaken Jargon asking me questions about things I'm suppose to know I don't know from where. I eventually hung up and called Vuma. Vuma told me they'll sort out my issue and gave me a ticket number. Big deal?! it means nothing to them why should it mean anything to me?. This has been going on from March. I've been calling both companies non stop except when I take a the occasional break to eat and sleep. I want installation. can someone please assist meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
