Vuma Accounts divison

I have been struggling to get a call or response refardibg payment.I made payment via easypay in May to get connected.I then paid into the account Investec account *** AGAIN in June.I am a fly.cool client.Vuma doesnt assist intracibg the money or even calling me whatsapping nothing to trace yhe payment so it can be credited to flycool and flycool cannot assist at all dayung they dont have a BANK ACCOUNT.A LEGIT BUSINESS WITH NO BANK ACCOUNT????
