Vuma - A hoax, a **** and a lie
I ordered Vumatel fibre through Mweb and paid for it on 24 December 2025. I was advised to expect it to be delivered in three to five business days. Since having ordered, I have heard nothing from anyone. The website had stated that I should pay the order fee to expedite the delivery which was a complete hoax.
I now seek to cancel the order and I cannot get through to VUMA in anyway. What a ******* ******* experience.

The fact that you are saying the order numbers start with OVR is giving me even more anxiety. This order is never coming, is it?
