I've paid R399 on the 26th March, on the 23rd of April Justin came to install the device but only to find out that there was a problem with the street pole doesn't have a connection, he promised to report and said there would be people coming to check the pole the following day. I've sent him a message to follow up but there was no response, went back to the guy who guided me with the process of paying he kept on promising thing that himself doesn't follow up on, from the 16th of May I've managed to find the whatsapp number of SADV they manage to log a ticket I****084867 that they will provide service in the next 24-48 hrs from that day, the following week i tried to whatsapp again on the 22nd the call center guy told me that they can't assist me with my problem and can't find my details on the system and then i asked him how come the precious week two people managed to assist checking my profile that was so cold. till today I'm still waiting paid the money 2 months back no service and no follow up on the job tickets that were issued. when they were looking for people they didn't mind marketing on house to house selling their business and now when they supposed to deliver what they were preaching is direct opposite
