Maybe coming here we will finally get help, we have been communicating with you on both X and Facebook platform without any help on the 24th October 2024 your supposed technician was on his way to fix our problem, but he never made it to our home and we it up and on the 28th we called your call center and we were given a ticket number ***1 and still waiting and no communication from you guys until we complain. I don't know what is so difficult for you guys to finish what you have started and you don't need to give me your standardized text book answer that my query has been escalated and you apologize, I need real answers. Your service is extremely poor.
