Technicians sitting and not doing anything having lavish conversations to push time for the day to be over and just leave. The people that call to say they outside to assist is literay the worst no customer service skills always speaking ubruptly like they doing you a favour. The whatsapp service is even worse you have to do their job for them. You guys are quick to cut the connection if payments arent made but when you need to provide service to the public you have no urgency! You just as ****ed up as the government.
