Vuma 😡😡😡😡

I have paid for Vuma on 26th September, they came to install on the 28th and I was told to wait for password after installation within 20 minutes. Till today I'm not connected still waiting for the password. They say there is no refund when I said I want to cancel because what's the point of having WiFi but it's just there as decoration I can't use it. I have paid but now it says I must pay again I was sent an easy pay number with a new reference
