VOX Telecoms / Vumatel

If you are looking for an efficient ISP, please kindly steer away from using VOX Telecoms/ Vumatel. I have been without wifi for over a week with little to no assistance from VOX Telecoms and Vumatel. I have been taken from pillar to post and none of the agents that I have spoken to have been able to assist, despite my paying diligently for my subscription every month. I have spent more money in the past week buying data (remote working) than I do paying for my monthly fees.

Please do yourselves a favour and utilise another ISP.
