VOX AND VUMATEL POVIDE SHOCKING SERVICE STAY AWAY!!!

I have been calling Vumatel for about 2 weeks stating that my internet is slow and is not working properly. All they do is tell me that my ticket has been resolved without even talking to me. I have been calling and emailing both Vox and Vumatel however nothing has been done to resolve this matter at all. I work from home and have not been able to complete my task due to the fact that no one from Vumatel has resolved this matter! If you are thinking of joining Vumatel please save yourself a headache because they are not helpful. I can't even make a WhatsApp call. I had to buy a ****le so that I could at least connect to the internet on top of the money that I am already paying Vox and Vumatel.
