Vox and vumatel poor service.

I app**** for a Fibre line on 07/01/2025. I received a response on the 09/01, informing me that there was an issue with my adress. I contacted the call Centre, and asked for the person handling my installation, to please contact me. It was Petros Selepe, who only contacted me on the 09/02/2025. I responded by saying that I have sourced another service provider, and that I am very appalled with the customer service from Vox. No apologies... No explanation..... No care...
