Vox and Vumatel Internet down!!!!

I have reported my issue of my internet being down since Friday, after it went down on Thursday morning. I have been getting the same response from Vox support line that Vumatel technicians are investigating and til this moment I am still sitting without internet connection and yet I will be billed for a full months service that I did not get. I had technicians that came on Friday but they didn’t do anything either, it seems like their M.O is to pass things on to the next person and nothing ever gets done. I am disappointed with both providers service or should I say lack thereof. I have been calling them daily and even tweeted them and still nobody knows what to do to get my connection up and running
