Vox and vumatel disappointing service.

Installation suppose to be done the 26/02/21 at 14h30.... No one shows up.... I had to call to find out what's going on. All I get is excuses. Took a day off of work (unpaid). I call vox they tell me the order was made and don't know why no one has pitched. They will escalate it and get some one out this weekend to do the install. Still no feed back. Needed that line in and running weekend. Terrible service and very unprofessional. Then get told I apparently canceled the order which I did no such thing. Does anyone know what they are doing???
