Vomatel are useless

I am waiting for a new installation from Vumatel I think I might have gotten a call from some woman the line was bad she put down.The next thing I get a mail stating Vumatel has been trying to get hold of me and that my installation will now be delayed because they can’t get hold of me.Get people that can speak over the phone I had a 5 second call and you are stating that you have tried to contact me you are disgusting
