Vodacom Vumatel sucks

Vodacom Vumatel service is the worst, we have not been connected since last Sunday (9th) today is the 21st, the customer service is giving us a run around, we’ve lodged complaints countless times but no response or resolution from the technicians, is this even possible that you are a network service provider but fail to deliver on the network service for this long? It’s not only me that has this issue, alot of people are experiencing this bad treatment, this company just needs to stop operating because they are hurting people, most people work from home like myself and i’m in the verge of losing my job, they have no idea what damage they are causing to the people. This is ridiculous.
