Vodacom Fibre with vumatel is disappointing
I have been waiting 2 weeks for a call from this people, service is extremely poor. The ISP vodacom doesn't even come to the party. I have logged a enquiries and got a reference number, but that reference number means nothing. I am extremely disappointed.

24 Nov 2025, 16:40I am still waiting for a agent or technician to contact me in regards to my problem, this hasn't been resolved and I doubt that it ever will. I have supp**** ticket number numerous times when calling in and no one can assist me.
