VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. I need fiber to be installed on a Vumatel network, Vumatel contacted me on the 02/02/2024 for installation on 06/02/2024 but never pitched, Router was delivered 01/02/2024. I have been struggling since then to get my fiber installed, with no success, no contact number, nothing. Order number: ***A (Telkom)

According to Telkom the order was cancelled by Vuma (Rejected) because Vumatel need to upgrade the Network in my area, (This was the2nd request For the same address)
1 Why is my order been cancelled without notifying me?
2 When will the Network been upgraded (About 2 years old)
3 Will I ever get fibre in my house or is the cable just an eyesore ?
