Very, very poor customer service

Wow for a company that is the only one dealing in fibre id have thought they will have better service. Been over a week that we have been in contact and nothing has been done to help, running a business from home with no wifi nearly impossible and is costing me valuable time and money because I have to go elsewhere to find wifi. Ridiculous service, what are we paying for? no Internet connection???
