Very very Bad Service ,and call center are rude

We have been using Vumatel the last 3 years no problem. We have purchased a new property 2 houses down the same street, same are, same town as from the 24 April 2026. We were staying in no 5, we moved to number 11. So, our provider MWEB as made the changes and request for us. But Vumatel made a mixed up with the address at nom 11, the have it on the system as a complex and someone else is owing the line. The do not want to me a line as i am not staying there. My property is a free-standing house not a complex, when i asks please send someone out to come and have a look, they refuse because the line does not belong to me.
