Very upset customer.
It’s been a week and still no technician came to fix our installation. I keep getting updates saying they working on the problem. Their customers service is terrible. They can’t help me. This is really frustrating.

The technicians came today. They only left an hour ago, and that on Xmas eve.
They fixed my internet better than it was before.
