VERY UPSET

We have been without internet since Friday. The service is terrible and we don't receive any feedback at all from them. We have reported multiple times and still nobody had the decency to cominicate and to resolve the issue. Outage ref:INC-***

This is unacceptable as we are paying for a service that we can't use
