Very unprofessional!
Vuma keeping clients responsible for their badly built infrastructure on my premises after cooking 3 times, they just come in do a repair every time and do not do anything about exposed infrastructure.

08 Mar 2024, 06:29Yes the quote has been received, however why am I being held responsible for this install after explained since the first repair, pipes and fibre cables are exposed it needs to be hidden. I was told last night from your agent they don’t do that they just fix and leave. So now I was held ransom either pay the install or sit without fibre for up to a month. When I took over this premises I was told somebody was supposed to come inspect the build, to date nothing? So again please explain why I’m responsible for the bill. I did not have a choice either pay or go without if for a month. I do expect a full refund.
