Very unhappy customer

I'm really not happy about this vuma because now it is not working and with their **** service they don't even inform people and the fact that they so quick to even shut it down when is the due date but it is always offline you need to reset it yesterday the whole day we did not use it at all but they won't even give people an extra day for their **** offline they don't ****en respect customers at all
