Very poor servie

***********, ive ordered fiber since february every week ive contacted them n response, they promised me installer callback on 1/06/2023 till to date no installer called me and i have paid for no service at all,, i tried calling them ive been waiting for 20min and the ivr says im next in line for a longest time.. as if they only have one consultant,,very poor service
