Very poor service handling Vuma, Bright-Link and mweb

HI I done Vumatel application on Sunday 02/06/2024. todate i keep getting sms please active ISP please cancel current active line so we my have new line installed. Ive been staying at 24 ballenden street all my life when we done the application on vuma portal we input the address it shows as available then address changes to 150 or 155 Ballenden street. There is no such address in the street i stay Ive been staying there all my life. google that address and it will take you deep into Soweto. How Vuma done the address ploting of this poles in our area it has nothing to do with any of us. I called bright-link and they told me that Its not any of there business i must call my ISP (mweb) to change address from 150 Ballenden to 24 Ballenden which i done and they confirmerd its changed so app ref : OVR************ It shows 24 Ballenden street. I Called installation company again and the lady Gugu not very helpful and Rude. we got email from vuma for installation attempt failed i called that number and same person Gugu answer and say they cant do nothing Iasked her what is vumatels contact number she say vuma dont have direct contact number i must go to vuma office. How do we have installers that doesnt know the suppliers contact numbers horrible. i been calling between this companies since 11h30 to 13h44pm. I called Vumatel 1st guy just hung up Alhoe or Ahloe. called again Lufuno Benn the only person giving me direction and helpful i appreciate it. So she said she will log a missing address for me ref:*******so the application have to be cancelled and reloaded. i dont know why because alot of people in the street use vumatel and my address is not 150 or 155 Ballenden street. i am very dissatisfied with the incompetence in all avenues i have encountered. Its been a week and am probably going to wait another week before i have any response. this is dissatisfection on another level we dont plant those poles and give them address all we want is a service which we paid for but not getting any joy. call me on ***.
