Very poor service

The incomplete instalation was attempted 2week ago, we still haven't had any feed back from the company, they promise to call you back and they promised the job would have been completed but we are still waiting. NO ONE HELPS YOU, YOU WILL PAY THE INSTALLMENT AND NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT.
