Very Poor Service

We've been without internet from Vumatel fibre since Friday night, 4 October 2024 - Brakpan. It is now Tuesday, 8 October 2024 without any ETA. They are sighting security issues at the site where they need to do repairs. This is unacceptable service. Get a security company for protection. Generally we haven't had any issues but when things go wrong they are very slow to solve them.
