Very Poor Service and Long Delays
Very poor service from Vumatel. Our cable was damaged by rain since last week Saturday, and we reported it immediately. Up to now, nothing has been done and we are still waiting for a reinstallation. This has caused major inconvenience, and the lack of communication is disappointing. Ticket number: ***1. I expected much better service.

06 Jun 2026, 12:06Nothing was reinstalled, and I eventually gave up trying to get assistance from you. To date, I have not received a refund for the period from 7 December 2025 to 26 December 2025.
I am very disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. I have done everything possible to resolve it, but there has been no satisfactory outcome.
I am leaving this matter in God's hands and trust that justice will prevail.
