Very poor service

They are the worst people to deal with, no sense of responsibility. Agents are not even really interested to complete your query, too much in a hurry to go on leave or to pass to someone else. Nothing gets done and no follow ups either or just common decency to call the clients back to give feedback or take responsibility.
