Very poor service.
I personally find your service pathetic. I migrated from one ISP to Afrihost. On the 1st Nov. I had no connectivity due to a "Vumatel" issue. Then on the 2nd lost connectivity again for another 2 hrs and still off. Then to make matters worse I recieved a copy of a notification that there is a general fault in the Benoni area. Yet other units in the same complex on the same backbone cable, have connection. Now I'm told I must give you 24 hrs to investigate. Unacceptable I've used almost me entirely allocation of cell phone data. In 8 hrs!

03 Nov 2023, 12:02It would appear as though the fault was resolved at about 09:00 this morning. So I live in hope!
But I maintain that the service was unacceptable as if it was a general fault surly a general note could have been sent put? Or if it was a genera fault (which I question for the reason stated in original post)! If it was only my backbone I ask why?
I still have heard nothing no feedback no apology.
But as I say I live in hope.
