Very poor customer service with no sense of urgency to resolve issues.

I always hear story about people complaining over service with vuma, our fibre line in our complex is now approaching the third day been down and there’s no sense of urgency or priority been given to fix the issue. All we receive is a message about engineers been onsite but it doesn’t look like there’s anything viable been done.
