Very poor communication
Can anybody explain to me what is happening with my installation? I'm really finding it hard to believe that this company still has alot of customers. I'm a new customer but yet after placing my order its like they forgot about me..... Please provide me with something atleast? What's happening?

22 Feb 2021, 20:15As per our earlier conversation, some guys pitched up here last week and completed the cable work but did not provide any box. The gentleman claims he was at the incorrect address and could not complete the installation.
