VERY FRUSTRATED

Vumatel sends you to speak to Supersonic, Supersonic say they are waiting for Vumatel. this is a line that needs to be activated, now they say they are waiting on termination. whats the use of applying for a new line if this is how you need to struggle getting a line activated, they are quick to charge pro-rata rates but not quick to get you up and running........
