Very dissatisfied customer

Vumatel has caused a lot of damage to my house with their failed attempts of installation. Accidents do happen, I get that. But they are not doing anything to fix it. I must deal with their insurance company. It's been more than 2 months, and I am tired of getting the same promises every week... the assessor will contact you... well nobody has contacted me. I am tired of not being able to use half of my house. I am tired of sleeping on my couch in the living room, because I can't use my bed. I am tired of not being able to start my business as planned, because I don't have space and I don't have fiber. Looks like my only option will be to get a lawyer's help.
