Very disappointing service

Wow never taught I’d be so disappointed with the service, its been a month of back and forth emails sometimes days with no response, still no internet connection, does handing over my line to Vox really take two weeks or are they making to much money to care anymore, Vox has been great with helping in the matter but seems they can’t get help either, thinking I’ve made a mistake by try something new.
