Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer - Vumatel is letting us down!

Good Day I would like to advise people on the extremely bad experience that we have had with vumatel this far. We moved into a new and a week ago we contacted cool ideas to take up a wifi package for our home with them, vumatel is the fibre company which they are contracted to. Someone came out from vumatel last week to come and check the ONT box the guy tells us that everything is in order with the box and that we need to contact cool ideas to activate the line, one week later we are still trying to get the access sorted out and get the line to work, cool ideas have logged it with vumatel but it’s been days and each day we get the same outcome awaiting feedback from vumatel, nothing gets escalated they don’t care! We cannot log in to get the correct object number because numerous consultants at cool ideas told us the same thing, which was that the vumatel box has a fault. I am going to expose them on every social media platform possible and I would not recommend them to anyone!
