Very disappointed

I'm new to vuma fiber fly Cool and I am very displeased with the service I am getting. I did install on Saturday and until date I do not have internet access. The agent who I was dealing with is not interested when I gave her a piece of my mind and told her I was going to report this matter she withdrawed and blocked me on whatsapp which is very sad because when she needed a client she was very interested now because she made the sale she is no longer interested in helping people don't not go with a Lady name Val... Valentia she is very rude and has no work ethic. I think I made a big mistake and I think I should close this account request a full refund. This service from customer agents suck as a new first time customer I'm very dissatisfied with the service and I think I should post this all over the internet so people don't waste they time and money on fly cool vuma.
